welcome...

Welcome to my site. Thanks very much for visiting. My name is Kevin Bradley and this site will tell you all about how I plan to ride the Hundred Col Challenge to raise money for the National Autistic Society.

I first became involved with the NAS last year. My very close friends Anne and Andy have a son Freddie who has autism. I joined a cycle ride from London to Paris organised by the NAS together with them and about eighty or so other keen riders!

Throughout the weekend I was overwhelmed by the courage and dedication of those directly involved with this lifelong disability, and amazed at their ability to cope with the many adverse situations that living with autism presents. They also know how to party! And that is as important a character trait as I can think of.

After that I was hooked. I wanted to make a big gesture, and I wanted some time off work too. I somehow managed to connect the two ideas together and now here I am panicking at how I am going to arrange a five week long personal Tour de France and raise the kind of money I glibly told the lovely people at the NAS I would.

That is where you come in. I need your support. Please have a look around my site. It tells you all about the challenge, a little about me, something about cycling (you can skip that if you wish), and not least more about Autism.

But most importantly it tells you how you can pledge your support and donate to help me push those pedals round, climb those hills (there are an awful lot of them), and help all those who every day live with Autism.
